The Wind Symphony is the mid-level ensemble at Northgate. Comprised of musicians from all grade levels, this group primarily performs Grade IV literature. The Wind Symphony consistently earns Superior and Excellent ratings at Large Group Performance Evaluation. Students from this group frequently earn seats in the District VI Honor Band, as well as other regional honor bands.
